baji99 Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the baji99 platform — this is a binding agreement between you and us.

Last updated: January 2026 — baji99 reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the new terms.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between the baji99 platform and its users ("you" or "member"). By accessing the baji99.lat website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have agreed to these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform. The rules set out in these terms apply to all users located in Bangladesh and are effective under Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

Eligibility and Membership

Age and Eligibility Requirements

To register as a member and use the services on the baji99 platform, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is operated for users aged 21+ only.
  • You must not be located in any jurisdiction where online betting or casino gaming is completely prohibited.
  • You must be a real person and must not use any automated system or bot.
  • You must be able to transact using your own name and your own bank or payment account.
  • Any individual on a prohibited list issued by the Government of Bangladesh may not register as a member on this platform.
Providing false information during age verification will result in immediate account termination and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

Account Registration and Verification

Each member may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. baji99 may at any time request documents required for identity verification, such as a national identity card.

  • You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
  • You may not allow any third party to use your account.
  • If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

The following rules apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on the baji99 platform:

  • Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
  • Transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in the cancellation of deposited funds.
  • Withdrawal requests may take up to 10–45 minutes to process. baji99 is not responsible for any banking delays.
  • Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.
  • All transactions will be completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
If there is any suspicion of fraudulent transactions or money laundering, baji99 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and carry out any necessary investigation.

Currency and Conversion

All financial transactions on the baji99 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Transactions in foreign currency are not accepted. baji99 will not be responsible for any conversion costs or discrepancies.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

The baji99 welcome bonus applies to new members on their first deposit. The detailed terms of the bonus are as follows:

  • 150% bonus on the first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
  • Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance ৳2,500; deposit ৳14,000 and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus — total balance ৳24,000.
  • Wagering Requirement to withdraw the bonus: 20 times (20x).
  • The bonus is applicable only once and can be used in specific game categories.
  • If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified time after receiving the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
If the terms of any bonus change, baji99 will announce this before it takes effect. If misuse of a bonus is identified, the account may be suspended.

VIP Program and Cashback

The baji99 VIP program has four tiers, with weekly cashback applicable at each tier:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
  • Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
  • Gold: Up to 1.1% cashback per week.
  • Platinum: Up to 1.5% cashback per week.

VIP tier advancement depends on the type and level of gameplay activity. baji99 reserves the right to make the final decision on VIP tier assignment. Members will be notified in advance of any changes to cashback terms.

Game Playing Rules

General Betting and Game Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activities on the baji99 platform:

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • If a loss occurs due to a technical error or disconnection, baji99 may accept liability in some cases, but this is not automatic.
  • If you have any question about a game result, you must notify the support team within 72 hours.
  • If a sports betting event is cancelled or suspended, the staked bet is generally returned.
  • Odds offered before an event begins may change.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds:

  • Misuse of bonus offers or attempting to withdraw quickly after receiving a bonus (Bonus Abuse).
  • Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses.
  • Using automated bots, software, or scripts to play games.
  • Any form of manipulation or dishonest attempt to influence game outcomes.
  • Attempting to access another member's account.
  • Any form of money laundering or use of illegally obtained funds.
If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

baji99 collects, stores, and uses members' personal information in accordance with our privacy policy (Privacy Policy). By creating an account, you also agree to that policy. Your information will never be sold to third parties.

Account Closure and Dispute Resolution

Account Closure Process

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Subject to applicable conditions being met, any remaining balance can be withdrawn. baji99 may close or suspend any account for the following reasons:

  • Breach of terms or allegations of fraud.
  • Instructions from a legal or regulatory authority.
  • An account that has been inactive for an extended period.
  • Failure to complete identity verification.

Dispute Resolution Process

If you have any dispute or complaint, please contact us first via our 24/7 live chat or email. We are committed to resolving all complaints fairly and promptly.

  • An initial response will be provided within 72 hours of a complaint being submitted.
  • For complex matters, the investigation may take additional time — however, the member will be kept regularly informed.
  • The decision of baji99 is final and binding on all parties.
